This character was designed in full by me, and drawn by my sister.
Punk's not accurately a dinosaur, she's part alien and part a lot of other things  an experiment from the ARK. She was one of the steps on the way toward Project Shadow - one that went wrong. Fifty something years ago she snuck out of ARK and got down on Earth, hiding and living a life on the run. Punk's got powers similar to Shadow's, but can't control them.
